What is QVC's holiday return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Any holiday gift you purchase now through December can be returned for any reason until January 31, 2009. Your refund will include the purchase price and original shipping and handling charges. You can also exchange the item (if available).

How do I return an item?
- Follow the return instructions on the pack slip that came with your product. Complete, detach & enclose this return form with your item. Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Please do not attach the return slip to the item.
- Repack all contents in the original packaging. Please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
- Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package.
- Keep the pack slip order information until your return is processed.
- Choose a return method:
- Option A: Use the Q Return Label you can print from your order in Order Status. – Insurance is not necessary – it's included with the label charges. Affix the Q Return Label to the package. Put it in any U.S. mailbox, give it to the postal carrier, or take to a Post Office. Charges for the Q Return Label appear right on the label. Your return fee is deducted from your refund, or in the event of exchange, charged to the credit card used for the original order, or for check orders deducted from merchandise credit. If return is due to QVC error, there's no charge for use of Q Return Label.
- Option B: Use a Carrier of your choice – Use return address label provided on packslip and take the packaged item with your return form enclosed to any shipper. Insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned.
For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

What is a Q Return Label?
A Q Return Label can be used to return the majority of items back to QVC. You can easily print one — right here on QVC.com! Just click on Order Status and in three simple steps, you'll have your return label. Here's what you do:

- 1. Click the return label link to fill out the online return form. Be sure to specify why you're returning the product, and if it's an exchange or refund.
- 2. Next, you'll see the amount that will automatically be deducted from your refund.
- 3. Print your return label, and follow the instructions for returning the item.
Using this label gives you the convenience of sending back an item without having to insure your package and without having to wait in line at the Post Office or a Shipping Center to purchase return shipping. This special bar-coded label contains all the information about your order so that return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Or in the event of exchange, the return fees are charged to the credit card used for the original order, or deducted from merchandise credit for check orders. If the return is due to QVC error, there�s no charge for use of Q Return Label. For returns, credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
And don't worry — if you happen to misplace your label, you can print another one!

Can I track my return?
Yes, when you use a Q Return Label:
- Track your return in Order Status.
- Your Q Return Label has its own assigned tracking number.
- Just click on the order number to see the assigned return tracking number. Click the number to track the status of your return.
If you choose to return your item through a carrier of your choice, you'll need to check with the carrier about tracking options available.

If I misplaced my pack slip/return label, what should I do?
No problem! If you would like to use the Q Return Label, just click on Order Status and in three simple steps, you'll have your return label.
If you would like to use your own return shipping carrier, print out and use our handy QVC Return Form, and follow the directions below...

- 2. Print out and complete the online QVC Return Form, and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Please do not attach the QVC Return Form to the item.
- 3. Make a copy of the QVC Return Form for your records.
- 4. Ship the package insured and prepaid, via U.S. Mail or UPS, to one of the addresses below for your particular item. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the original box. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.
- 5. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

What if I need to return an Auto–Delivery shipment?
Follow the regular QVC return policy. Use the return instructions with the pack slip or here in our FAQs.
If you return two consecutive installments, QVC will automatically cancel the Auto–Delivery service and any future shipments of that product, unless you request the service to continue.
